These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Zonoir (“we”) and the clinic, practice or individual (“Customer”, “you”) that uses the Zonoir clinic management software (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Zonoir provides cloud-based software for appointments, patient records, digital prescriptions, billing, analytics and related tools. We may improve and change features over time. Zonoir is an administrative tool and does not provide medical advice. AI features produce suggestions only; qualified professionals are responsible for all clinical decisions.
2. Accounts and users
You must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite. Each user must have their own login.
3. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with all features. No payment details are required to start the trial. If you do not start a subscription by the end of the trial, your access to the Service may be paused, and you can still export your data as described in section 8.
4. Fees and billing
The Service costs $35 USD per practitioner per month (staff accounts are free), billed monthly in advance. Fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Payments are accepted by the payment methods offered at checkout. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data
You own the data you enter into the Service, including patient records (“Customer Data”). You grant us permission to host and process Customer Data only to provide and support the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export Customer Data at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required patient consent for the data you record, and for complying with healthcare and data protection laws that apply to your practice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other customers’ data, interfering with its security or operation, reverse engineering it, using it for unlawful purposes, or sending unlawful or unsolicited messages to patients.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and target 99.9% uptime, excluding planned maintenance. Support is available by email at hello@zonoir.com.
8. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or fail to pay. After termination, you will have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Zonoir is established, unless local law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify customers of material changes in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
